Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the items in our shoppe, cancelling with a full refund may not be possible. We try to be as flexible as possible and work with difficult situations, as we know that things come up in planning sometimes.

If you are able to notify us within 24 hours of order placement there is a good chance we will be able to provide a full refund to you. Send an email to amy@acc123.com or send a text message to 2103167508. Be sure to include your order number last 4 numbers only, and any other information you can provide at the time.

If we are notified after 24 hours we will do our best to be fair. If artwork has been created, or items have begun production we will do our best to work out the most fair compromise in hopes of assisting in your change of plans.
