What is the typical production time / How long will it take to get my order?:
Normal production time is 2-3 business days for an emailed proof (for items requiring a proof). 2-3 additional business days to print/ship following proof approval. Note pads without proof approval usually ship within 5 business days. Always feel free to let us know if you need your order by a certain date. We can usually accommodate special needs. Invitations, announcements and holiday cards can all be "Rushed". For $15 we will turn around your proof in 24 business hours and ship within 1 business day of your approval. Transit time will vary due to your shipping method selection. Anything from UPS Next Day Air to UPS Ground, up to 5 business days is available.
What if I want to cancel my order?:
If your emailed proof has been sent, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Time has gone into your order at that point and a full refund will not be issued under normal circumstances. We are reasonable, if there are extreme circumstances we will consider that on a per order basis.
I have a question about placing an order:
Each order is treated with personal attention, so if you have a special note or concern, simply place the order, utilizing the comments box during checkout to let us know. We will address your concern or special note prior to printing your order. It will be in the best interest of time to do this. If you absolutely need to talk to us before you can order, email is the best form of communication. This business is run by stay at home moms and our phone hours are limited.
